| 摘 要： | 高职院校要实现实用型、高素质、技能型人才培养的目标,建立一支科研能力和实践能力双强的教师队伍是关键。为此,高职院校要强化教师的岗位技能培训,调整师资队伍结构,建设兼职教师队伍,重视学科带头人的培养,加强教师综合素质的考核力度,并将其贯穿于教师工作的各个方面。

| Abstract: | To achieve the objective of training practical,high-quality,skilled personnel,it is the key for vocational colleges to establish a team of teachers with both strong scientific and practical abilities.To this end,vocational colleges should strengthen the development of job skills,adjust the structure of teaching staff,organize part-time faculty,value the development of academic leaders,reinforce the overall quality assessment of teachers and do so throughout all aspects of work of teachers. |
