| 摘 要： | 在当前严峻的就业形势下,高校毕业生已经成为就业群体中的弱势群体。为了缓解就业压力,政府出台了一系列政策措施,高校毕业生就业见习制度也应运而生。但是高校就业见习工作在实际操作中还存在一些问题,特别是一些高校毕业生的就业见习权益得不到充分维护,影响了高校就业见习工作的实际成效。分析高校毕业生就业见习过程中权益受损的现象和原因,探究高校毕业生就业见习权利维护的路径,对于维护高校毕业生就业见习的合法权益、促进高校毕业生就业、缓解社会就业压力、构建和谐社会十分必要。
