| 摘 要： | 教师学习是教师发展的重要途径,如何通过学校管理促进教师学习成为学校管理者所必须面对的问题。教师学习的学校管理具有挖掘功能、引导功能和沟通功能,因此,应采取积极措施,以推动学校管理功能的实现和对教师学习的有序管理。

| Abstract: | Teachers' learning is an important channel in teachers' development and how to promote teachers to study by means of school management becomes a task school managers must be faced with. The school management to benefit the teachers' learning is of the functions to excavate, guide and communicate. Therefore, positive initiatives should be taken so as to push forward the realization of school-management functions and the orderly management of teachers' learning. |
