| 摘 要： | 我国发展终身教育的优势有终身教育思想正在转化为政策和社会发展目标;以政府办学为主向多种办学主体和办学模式转化;高等教育自学考试制度的完善;社区教育正在兴起;终身教育思想正在普通中小学渗透;高等教育的开放;成人教育和职业教育的扩展。现实障碍有办学观念落后,教育体制封闭和教育行政管理僵化,教育经费匮乏,教育组织机构不足和教育服务质量和效率不高。

| Abstract: | The advantages of developing life-ling education in China are as follows: the concept of life-long education is converting into the policy and objective of social development; the single government-based schooling system is transforming into the multi-subject schooling system and pattern; the self-education examination system of higher education is perfecting; the community education is developing; the life-long education concept is pervading in the primary and middle schools; the higher education is open; the adult and vocational education are expanding. The current obstacles are the backward thinking in running a school, the closed educational system and ossified educational administration. Besides the insufficient educational fund and educational organizations as well as the low quality and efficiency in educational service are also among the obstacles. |
