| 摘 要： | 对来宁夏银川参加培训的349名中小学教师进行了关于中小学教师职业压力的调查。结果显示:55%的中小学教师总体压力感大或很大。中小学教师面临的最主要的三大压力源依次是:工作负荷、学生因素、自我发展需要;在学生因素和家庭人际因素上,女教师比男教师遇到的压力和挑战大,在工作负荷和自我发展需要因素上,中学教师比小学教师遇到的压力和挑战大。

| Abstract: | 349 primary and middle school teachers who take part in short-term training in Yinchuan from Ningxia as subjects were investigated as for their vocational stress. The results show that 55%of the primary and middle school teachers consider that their work stress feels heavy or rather heavy. The three major stress sources the primary and middle school teachers are faced with include workload, students' factor and requirement for self development. In terms of students' factor and interpersonal factor of parents, female teachers have more stress and challenge than male teachers, and as for the factor of workload and requirement for self development, middle school teachers have more stress and challenge than primary school teachers. |
