| 摘 要： | 爱是教师最重要的职业品质,但是要让教师产生职业之爱,不能简单地靠教师职业教育与培训,而要靠教养。教养作为人生的教育,为教师职业之爱奠定了基础。因此,要培养教师的职业之爱,就必须把教养纳入教师教育的范畴。

| Abstract: | Love is the most important professional quality of a teacher,but the career love of teachers cannot be generated simply by depending on the vocational education and the training curriculum for teachers.Instead,it is cultivated.As the life education,culture breeding is the foundation of teachers' career love.So,to develop the career love of a teacher,culture breeding must be incorporated into the teacher education. |
