| Abstract: | The causes of frequent mine-disaster occurrence in China are mainly due to the problems in terms of law and regulatory & institutional design of mine.To strengthen and prevent mine disasters we should draw lessons from the practice by the United States,strengthen the legal education,establish the safety awareness,carry out the supervision and education,and improve the chief executive accountability. |
