| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,新的教育改革浪潮使学校面临知识管理的挑战。20世纪末,知识管理理论的兴起及运用为学校知识管理提供了思考的方式与背景。学校知识管理真正的本质应当是对信息与人员的管理,其目的在于对教育知识的创新、生产、储存、转移和共享,使学校成为知识型的组织。基于知识管理理论,学校知识管理的策略包括明确责任、强化知识管理意识与能力;创造条件,促成外明知识的转化及吸收;建构共生和协同发展的管理生态,促成学校成员内隐知识的共享;促进学校同外部知识之间的互动与整合;将知识管理与学校的绩效结合起来。

| Abstract: | At the time of knowledge economy, school is faced with the challenge of knowledge management (KM). Based on the theory of KM, the nature of KM in school is the management of information and people, and its aim is the creation, production, storage, transfer and sharing of education. The tactics of KM in school include the following aspects: making responsibility clear; enhancing the consciousness and ability of KM; transforming and absorbing explicit knowledge; constructing the management ecology of joint development and sharing implicit knowledge among the school members; promoting the interaction between school and external knowledge; combining knowledge management with school effect. |
