摘    要:新课程赋予教师参与课程发展的权利,这对教师提出了课程能力的专业要求。作为教师专业支撑的课程能力的发展已成为一项迫切的任务。因此,在目前,应加快教师教育课程体系的变革,重建学校课程制度以提升教师自主发展的意识和能力,使其在参与课程发展的行动研究中实现课程能力的提高。

Abstract:New curriculum entitles teachers to take part in the development of curriculum, which requests teachers for the specialty requirement of curriculum ability. The development of curriculum ability as a support of teachers' specialty becomes an urgent task. Therefore, currently the reform of educational curriculum system of teachers should be quickened and the curriculum system should be reestablished in order to enhance the consciousness and ability of teachers' development, which enables them to enhance their curriculum ability in process of their participation in research of curriculum development.
