| 摘 要： | 现代大学制度的产生与资本主义"初步和谐社会"密切相关。在资本主义"和谐社会"时期,一种当时前所未有的现代大学制度推进了当时高等教育史无前例的大发展。社会主义和谐社会构建过程中现代大学制度的建构,应注重政府与大学、大学与社会、大学与大学和大学内部等各方关系的和谐。
