摘    要:作为世界上重要的多族群国家,中美两国在高等教育领域都推行基于族群的倾向性政策。本文对中美两国倾向性政策的实施背景、实施状况、问题及争论进行了比较分析,并就如何借鉴美国的经验,以完善中国高等教育领域少数民族优惠政策提出了对策。

Abstract:As important multi-ethnic group countries in the world,both China and America implemented tendentious policy based on ethnic group in the field of higher education.This paper compared and analyzed the tendentious policy in China and America,including its background and status of implementation,problems and controversy.On this basis,the paper proposed strategies on how to learn from the experience of America to improve China's preferential policies for Minority Nationalities in the field of higher education.
