| 摘 要： | 从政治文化与和谐社会的关系来讲,二者是一对有机的统一体,政治文化在对和谐社会的构建提供政治保障的同时,也获得了和谐社会所提供的有利的发展环境。本文从对政治文化和构建和谐社会的认识入手,分析了在构建和谐社会中发展政治文化的功能及其现实意义,并从转变政治观念、调适政治价值取向、处理好政治文化之间的关系、提高公民的政治参与水平、用法制保障社会发展有序化、发展社会生产力、整合主流政治文化等七个方面探讨了如何发展与和谐社会相适应的政治文化。
