细菌对铅离子的生物吸附研究

摘    要:研究了沧州地区中国石油华北石化分公司附近的土壤中接种培养、驯化的细菌(简称优势菌)对Pb2+的吸附行为。结果表明:在温度为25℃,吸附时间为50 min,pH=6.0,铅离子初始质量浓度为25 mg/L,菌的质量浓度为2 g/L(湿重)时,铅离子的吸附率可达94.1%;当Pb2+的质量浓度为250 mg/L时,吸附量可达71.4 mg/g。其模型符合Langmuir和Freudlich方程。

Abstract:A study was made of the bacteria culture and domestication in the inoculation in soil near North China Petrochemical Company of China Petroleum in Cangzhou,a City of Hebei Province.Results show that when the sorption time is 50 min,pH=6.0,initial concentration of lead ions is 25 mg/L;when the concentration of bacteria for the quality of 2 g/L(wet weight),the sorption rate of lead ions is 94.1 %;when the quality of Pb2+ concentration is 250 mg/L,the sorption volume is 71.4 mg/g. The model is in line with Langmuir and Freudlich equation.
