玄武岩/玻璃混杂纤维水泥砂浆的力学性能研究

摘    要:以玄武岩/玻璃混杂纤维制备纤维水泥砂浆,分析了混杂纤维的掺量对水泥砂浆强度的影响。试验结果表明:玻璃纤维的最佳掺量为0.5%,玄武岩纤维的最佳掺量为1.5%。在此掺量下水泥砂浆3d,7d和28d的抗折强度分别为4.51MPa,6.17MPa和7.47MPa;抗压强度分别为16.66MPa,30.78MPa和62.55MPa,显著优于空白样水泥砂浆性能。但其价格远远低于相同量的玄武岩纤维,因而两者可以一并作为添加物用于增强水泥砂浆。

Abstract:Fiber cement mortar is prepared reinforced by basalt / glass hybrid fiber and basalt / glass fiber parameters on the strength of cement mortar effect is studied.The test results show that the glass fiber the optimum mix amount to 0.5%,basalt fiber the optimum mix amount to about 1.5%,the amount of the flexural strength of 3 d,7 d and 28 d are respectively 4.51 MPa,6.17 MPa and 7.47 MPa,and the compressive strength of 3 d,7 d and 28 d are respectively 16.66 MPa,30.78 MPa and 62.55 MPa.They are significantly better than the blank sample performance of cement mortar.But its price is much lower than the same amount of basalt fiber,so that they can be together as the additives used in reinforced concrete.It provides the basis to the preparation of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete.
