| 摘 要： | 唐山工业文化的形成与发展和中华民族的探索、奋进、复兴、进取与创新的进程相吻合。洋务运动是唐山近代工业发展的起点,洋务人士在"寓强于富"的探索中兴办的一些民用工业,使唐山地区形成了规模宏大的洋务工业文化,这种文化的主要特征是官督商办,肩负与列强抗衡的历史重任。辛亥革命后,唐山工业文化延续为资本主义性质,以实业救国为目的。这种文化在新民主主义革命胜利、社会主义改造完成后,传承为社会主义性质,开始为建设社会主义新唐山做贡献。唐山工业文化经历了不断的延续与传承过程,呈现出开拓性与创新性、开放性与兼容性、传承性与继起性三大特征。研究唐山工业文化可为唐山工业发展、城市化进程提供一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The formation and development of Tangshan industrial culture are harmonious with China＇s course of exploration, endeavor, rehabilitation, progress and innovation. Westernization Movement marks the beginning of Tangshan＇s modern industry. Aiming at making old China rich and strong,some Westernization Movement officials established a number of civilian industries, forming a large-scale industrial culture in Tangshan. The main characteristic of this culture is official supervision and businessman management with the aim to compete with foreign countries. After the 1911 Revolution, Tangshan industrial culture became capitalist and had the purpose of saving the country and, with the founding of the PRC,changed to have socialist nature and it began to make contributions to constructing new Tangshan. Tangshan industrial culture has gone through a constant course of heritage and continuation and has three major features —— pioneering and innovation , openness and compatibility, and inheritance and continuation. Research of Tangshan industrial culture can provide some useful inspirations for promoting Tangshan industrial development and urbanization. |
