催化光度法测定焦化废水中的亚硫酸盐

摘    要:基于在磷酸介质中亚硫酸根对溴酸钾氧化硫堇的反应具有催化作用,建立了测定亚硫酸根的催化光度法,并优化了实验条件。该方法的线性范围为3.0×10~(-6)~2.2×10~(-4)g/mL,检测限为4.9×10~(-7)g/mL,用于焦化废水中亚硫酸盐的测定,效果良好。

Abstract:Based on the catalytic of sulfite on the oxidation of potassium bromate with thionine in the medium of phosphoric acid, a determination of sulfite was established by catalytic spectropho- tometry and the experiment conditions were optimized. The linear range of the determination of sulfite is3.0×10^-6~2.2×10^-4g/mL with the detection limit of 4.9×10^-7g/mL. This method has been applied to the determination of sulfite in coking waste water with satisfactory results.
