板蓝根中根腐病与可溶性蛋白关系的研究

摘    要:通过SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和考马斯亮蓝G-250染色测定蛋白含量法对板蓝根宽叶正常、窄叶正常及窄叶患病三个样品中可溶性蛋白种类和含量进行分析与研究。结果表明:通过SDS-PAGE电泳图谱分析,样品中条带着色程度与条带数目都不同;样品中总可溶性蛋白含量也不同,从高向低依次为:窄叶患病、宽叶正常、窄叶正常。

Abstract:Soluble proteins are analyzed in normal wide leaves,normal narrow leaves and diseased narrow leaves by SDS PAGE method and G 250 stain.The results indicate that the degree of stain and the number of band are different and the contents of all soluble proteins are also different.The contents of soluble proteins in diseased narrow leaves are the highest,those in normal wide leaves are the next and those in normal narrow leaves are the lowest.
