摘    要:对以固定排列方式大批量存放并且具有统一切口尺寸的待检测棉包采样技术进行了研究,在充分考虑棉花为软性纤维物质的基础上,设计了一种通过液压油缸和齿轮齿条驱动的连杆式夹持器配合实现自动化棉花采样的机械手,而且采用了一种阻尼油缸,防止夹持器内的棉花松脱。对采样机械手主要装置进行了基于有限元的静态特性分析和模态分析,结果表明,设计的机械手能够满足强度及使用要求。

Abstract:Sampling technology is studied for the cotton bales with uniform cut size stored in a fixed arrangement. With full consideration about cotton''s properties of the soft fiber material,an automatic cotton sampling manipulator is designed through the cooperation of hydraulic cylinder and connecting-rod gripper driven through gear and rack meshing. Additionally, a damping cylinder is used to avoid the loosening of the cotton in the gripper. Based on finite element method, the static characteristic analysis and modal analysis is conducted about the sampling manipulator''s main devices. The results show that the design could meet the strength and service requirements.
