永磁同步电机调速控制系统研究

摘    要:为了改善永磁同步电机调速系统的调速性能,提高系统的鲁棒性,设计一个基于矢量控制的永磁同步电动机双闭环调速系统。运用模糊算法对PI控制器参数进行自动调节,克服了传统PI控制器鲁棒性差的缺点,使速度控制达到较为理想的性能要求。在电流环控制中,采用空间矢量脉宽调制技术替代传统的正弦脉宽调制技术,以减小奇次谐波损耗,提高电能的利用率,达到良好的电流追踪效果。通过在线测试,设计系统的各项性能指标均优于传统控制系统,能够满足现场设备的精准控制要求。

A Research on the Speed Regulation System of the AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of the speed control system of the permanent mag-net synchronous motor and enhance the robustness of the system,the authors of this paper have devised a double loop speed control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on vec-tor control,in which the parameters of the PI controller are adj usted automatically through fuzzy algorithm.The new system overcomes the robustness of traditional PI controller and the speed control can meet good performance requirements.In the current loop control,space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)is substituted for the traditional sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM)to reduce the odd harmonic loss,and improve the utilization rate of electric energy, thus achieving good current tracking performance.Online testing shows that the system,whose performance indicators are superior to those of the traditional control system,can meet the re-quirements of the precision control of field equipment.
