| 摘 要： | 我国的经济建设已经进入一个比以往更加重视可持续发展的新时期,环境问题已经被越来越多的人重视,我国自然保护区的建设和发展在这一时期具有非常重要的意义。本文从与环境保护有关的法律角度出发,对自然保护区法制建设进行了一些思考。
