| Abstract: | In the Report on the Work of the Government at the First Session of the 10th NPC,Pro-Premier Zhu pointed out: "The establishment and improvement of the socialist ma'rket economy require separation of government from enterprises, transformation of government functions and changes in its working methods and work style, "to solve the problem of government function change scientifically and reasonably, we must first change our concepts and solve the problem of guiding ideology of government function change. According to our country's actual situations at present,this paper summarizes the lesson and experience of our country in government function change and argues that the government function change should insist on 3 major concepts. |
