CuO/SnO2/壳聚糖复合材料光催化降解猩红B研究

摘    要:采用共沉淀及流延法制备了CuO/SnO2/聚糖复合材料,运用TEM和XRD技术手段对其进行表征,并系统地研究了在猩红B溶液暗态吸附60min后,强化日光照射下催化剂投加量、猩红B初始浓度、无机阴离子和催化剂重复使用对猩红B光催化降解脱色效果的影响。结果表明:当催化剂投加浓度为1.0g/L,pH为6.2时,对初始浓度为15H虮的猩红B进行强光照射300min后,脱色率可达99.19%;而CO3^2-、Cl^-、SO4^2-产和PO4^3-等阴离子对猩红B染料的降解脱色均有不同程度的抑制作用;催化剂重复利用5次后,吸附协同可见光催化处理360rain,对猩红B的脱色率仍可达到98.6996。

Abstract:CuO/SnO2/chitosan composites were prepared by co-precipitalion and solution casting method. The structure and properties of the nano-CuO/SnO2/chitosan composites were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XPD). The effects of photocatalyst dosage, initial concentration of biebrich red (BR), Idnd of inorganic anions and reusability of the catalyst on decolorization efficiency were in- vestigated under amplified light illurnination with air aeration for 300 rain after adsorption in dark for 60 rain. The experimental results indicated that the decolorization efficiency of 15 mg/L BR solution reached 99.19 % af- ter 360 rain under the condition of pH 6.2 and phptocatalysts dosage of 1.0 g/L. The decolorization of biebrich red was inhibited in the presence of inorganic anions such as CO3^2-, Cl-, SO42- and PO43-. After the photocatalyst was reused for 5 times, dye decolorization efficiency was still about 98.69 %.
