| 摘 要： | 教学秘书做好信息管理工作的重要性,表现在为教学提供参考资料、为教师考核提供依据、为院系决策提供数据为教学研究与学术活动提供素材、为用人单位提供信息等。教学信息的来源主要有上级文件、教师计划、记录、研究论著,学生成绩表和其他材料。当前教学秘书信息管理工作存在信息观念淡薄、教学秘书素质不高等问题。须加强教学秘书责任心、掌握行进管理方法和手段,才能适应工作的需要。
