| 摘 要： | 学生党员培养工作是巩固党的执政基础和执政地位的重要源头工程,因此保障大学生党员发展质量显得尤为重要。新时期新形势下,高校学生党员发展存在着诸多问题,包括党建队伍缺乏专业建设、入党学生群体思想多元化以及党员发展缺乏党性教育等。基于这些问题,在严格规范入党积极分子考察、发展对象培养以及预备党员转正等环节的基础上,创新性地结合实施预备党员考察制度、党员内、外部评价机制以及党员个体培养计划等措施,对提高大学生党员发展质量具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The development of student Party members is an important source for consolidating the party＇s ruling foundation and ruling position, thus it is particular important of guarantee the quality of student Party member development. In the new situation, there are many problems existing in developing college student Party member, including lack of specialized construction team, the students＇ ideological pluralism and the lack of Party spirit education. Due to these problems, based on strictly execution of investigation applicants for Party membership, cultivation of developing objects and selection of formal Party members, investigation system of developing objects, the internal and external appreciation mechanism and the individual Party member training plan are proposed. It has realistic significance to improve the quality of college student party member development. |
