| 摘 要： | 本研究通过调查问卷和面访形式对临海市主要社区居民的体育锻炼情况进行了调查，共发放问卷240份，回收有效问卷223份，有效回收率为95％。调查结果显示临海市社区居民的健康意识还存在一些误区，体育锻炼意识还不够强，全民健身运动的开展还有待深入。

| Abstract: | The condition of sports activities of residents in major communities of Linhai City is investigated through questionnaire and interview. 240 questionnaires were sent out, and 95% of them, 223 effective ones, were taken back. The result indicates that residents in Linhai City still have some misunderstandings about health consciousness, the consciousness of physical exercise of residents is still not strong, and the campaign of body building for all has not carried out deeply. |
