| 摘 要： | 国内医学论文摘要的英译旨在实现科研成果的海外传播。医学权威数据库Pubmed里收录的国内医学论文摘要中，只有少数译文能较好地实现其预期功能，也只有少数期刊的译文质量是有保障的。影响译文质量的主要问题有术语译名不规范、译文信息缺失、译文信息与原文不符、句子结构混乱、表达拖沓冗长。对此，译者、语言工作者和刊发部门要负起相应的责任，来提高和确保译文的质量。

| Abstract: | The English translation of abstracts for domestic medical research papers is to help dissemi- nate the findings overseas. The research into the English abstracts for domestic medical papers from Pubmed indicates that only a small part of the translated versions can fulfill their intended function and that the trans- lation quality in only a few periodicals is guaranteed. Problems in the poor translation are mainly as follows： nonstandard rendering of medical terms, omission of necessary details, semantic deviation from the source text, wrong sentence structure and redundant translation. To improve and ensure the translation quality, trans- lators,linguistic researchers and editorial offices should shoulder responsibilities respectively. |
