高校编辑人才实训计划与学术期刊编辑培养

摘    要:当前高校学术期刊编辑人力资源发展面临人才创新能力亟须增强,人才结构和布局不尽合理;人才发展体制机制障碍仍然存在,人才资源开发投入不足以及女性化趋势严重、队伍老龄化趋势明显的困境。因此培养优秀编辑人才,实施"编辑导师制"是一个组织与个人双赢的实训策略。结果表明,这种培训计划关键在于建立科学的进入和退出机制,从而使组织资源能够得到最优化的配置,使个体能够得到最适当的培训。

Abstract:Some problems are found in the present situation within university academic journal editors on talents innovation ability,talents structure and layout,talents development mechanism,investment in HR development,feminization and aging,etc..A university editor training plan is proposed,from which both the organization and individuals have benefits.The key is to establish a scientific mechanism of entering and exiting so that the organization can optimize the resources effectively and the individuals can get proper training.
