| 摘 要： | 学术性是大学的基本属性,从大学产生之初,学术管理就是大学内部管理的核心,但是由于社会和大学自身的发展,这种管理的核心地位越来越受到威胁。由于我国对高等教育的管理模式长久以来是高度集中的集权制,因此更是造成了行政化管理手段的主导。本文从历史解释和文本解读的研究视角,对我国大学学术管理自身的发展进行历史的梳理,从中可以看出在大学管理中学术性的特征日益彰显。
