| 摘 要： | 学风建设直接影响教学质量的提高和学校的长远发展,影响人才培养目标的实现,加强学风建设是高校永恒的主题。本文在对学生的学习、教师的教学等方面进行座谈、问卷调查的基础上,对学校学风的现状进行了分析,深入探讨了学风建设存在的问题及其原因,并提出了进一步促进学风建设的对策建议。为加强学校学风建设,促进教育教学改革,建设较高水平应用型本科院校,培养高素质应用性专门人才进行了有益探索。
