| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的日益变化,企事业单位对人才素质的要求也越来越高,仅仅掌握理论知识而不具实践能力的人才已远远不能满足社会的需求。高校作为人才的培养基地,应该在培养方式上适应社会的发展,在教学中,特别是在实验教学上,积极探索新模式、新方法,使得学生具有较强的动手能力和创新精神。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology,the requirement of enterprises for personnel quality is getting higher.It is difficult for college graduates only with theoretical knowledge to meet the need of enterprises.Facing the higher and higher requirements from society,colleges and universities should make great efforts in reforming their training way and actively explore new mode and methods,especially in experimental teaching,to greatly promote students' practical ability and innovation spirit. |
