| 摘 要： | 专业建设是实施高职教育人才培养模式、实现人才培养目标的载体和途径,是高职院校走内涵式发展道路的核心。探讨现阶段高职院校专业改革与建设中的问题,对于把握专业改革与建设的内涵,进一步明确建设思路,正确处理专业改革与建设中市场需求和人才培养、行政领导与专业指导以及稳定与灵活的关系,具有十分重要的意义。
