| 摘 要： | 以芦丁为对照品，通过正交实验，确定以乙醇为溶剂的大花红景天中总黄酮的最佳提取条件：提取温度为60℃，提取料液比为1：15，乙醇浓度为75％．在此条件下黄酮的得率为20．79％．
