| 摘 要： | 本文试用弗洛伊德“释梦”及本能论的观点对英国诗人艾略特的作品进行分析。艾略特的作品中充满了重叠的意象与象征，长诗《荒原》就采用梦幻式的象征手法表现出诗人精神的幻灭和对社会的绝望。弗洛伊德学说为艾略特的诗作提供了形式及理论上的参考。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to try to analyze Eliot's poems with the aid of interpretation of dreams and theory of instinct from Freud;Eliot's poems are full of various images and symbols.The Waste Land embodies the poet's spiritual collapse and his disappointment towards the society by the way of dreamlike and symbolic technique.Freud's theory provides a formal and theoretical reference for Eliot's poems. |
