| 摘 要： | 学习动机指直接推动学生进行学习的一种心理力量或意向,它是学习的基本心理因素之一,当代大学生学习动机呈现多样性、多层次的特点,有的积极,有的消极,作为高校的教育工作者要针对这些情况,采取一些措施,最大限度地培养学生良好的学习动机。
