胜任力为基础的人力资源战略管理

摘    要:人力资源战略管理强调以员工胜任力为目标的人力资源管理政策和实践,是为实现员工胜任力而采取的措施。企业的人力资源战略着力于员工胜任力。呼唤"以人为中心"的人力资源战略管理,而非"以人力资源管理为中心"的人力资源战略管理。

Abstract:The strategic human resources management emphasize on the competence of employees as the goal of human resource management policy and practice.The enterprise needs the competent employees.All of the human resources management activities are regard the competent employees as the vital part.The most important is the people,rather than the human resources management.Human resources management is the method and meature that enterpise taken to encourage the staff achieve competence.The strategic human resource management of enterprise focused on staff competency.It means the strategic human resources management,but not the human resource management as the center of the strategic human resources managemen.
