| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的第一要义是发展,坚持以人为本,坚持全面协调可持续发展。这些都要求不断促进人的全面发展。促进人的全面发展也是科学发展观的题中应有之意。科学发展观作为我国进入全面建设小康社会的历史新征程必须长期坚持的指导思想,也必须以促进人的全面发展为目标、为核心内容。在社会主义现代化建设过程中,要牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观就必须不断促进人的全面发展。这是社会主义的本质要求,也是科学发展观的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Scientific concept of development,the first meaning is the development,people-oriented,adhere to a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.All these requirements continue to promote the comprehensive development.Promote the comprehensive development of a scientific outlook on development issues in the proper meaning.Scientific development concept as building a moderately prosperous society in China into a new journey to the historical long-term guiding ideology,but also have to promote the comprehensive development as the goal,as the core content.In the course of socialist modernization,to firmly establish and fully implement the scientific concept of development must continue to promote the comprehensive development.This is the essential requirement of socialism,and also the inevitable requirement of scientific concept of development. |
