| 摘 要： | 如何使高校的思想政治教育贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生、增强实效，是高校思想政治教育工作者经常思考的一个重要课题。笔者从教育目标定位、教育内容设计、教育环境创设、教育过程控制、教育工作机制等方面提出了做好思想政治教育工作的和谐统一，以期通过思想政治教育各相关要素及其整体的的优化，提高其实效性。
