| 摘 要： | 高等体育院校的内涵发展有其内生逻辑和外在动因,新时代高等体育院校内涵发展应着力完善治理体系,服务国家战略,助推新时代发展。针对功能定位、办学特色、服务能力、综合效益等方面的挑战,应完善院校治理体系,提升教育教学质量;优化学科专业结构,满足专业人才需求;赋能“三位一体”模式,提升资源配置效益;强化体育行业特色,办好运动项目学院;加强国际交流合作,促进文化传承创新。

| Abstract: | The connotation development of sports colleges and universities has its internal logic and external motivation. In the new era, the connotation development of sports colleges and universities should focus on improving the governance system, serving the national strategy and propelling the new era forward. In view of the challenges in functional positioning, school-running characteristics, service capabilities and comprehensive benefits and to attain the connotation development for sports colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the realization path as follows: we should improve the management system of sports colleges and universities to promote the quality of education and teaching, optimize the structure of disciplines and specialties to meet the needs of professional talents, empower the "Trinity" mode to improve the efficiency of resource allocation, strengthen the characteristics of sports industry to run sports project colleges well, and intensify international exchange and cooperation to promote cultural heritage and innovation. |
