| 摘 要： | 基于历史制度主义的分析范式,回顾中国高校教师职称晋升制度的百余年历程,并分析该制度变迁的制度逻辑。研究发现,中国高校教师职称晋升制度变迁为宏观制度环境所主导,并受到经济发展、利益因素、观念等相关政治变量序列以及行为与制度互动的制约、影响;中国高校教师职称晋升制度变迁存在路径依赖特性,也存在"历史否决点"。为此,推动高校教师职称晋升制度的进一步变迁,需进一步优化高校依法自主办学制度,充分把握制度变迁的关键节点和路径依赖规律,平衡行为主体利益诉求。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of historical institutionalism, this paper reviews the more than 100-year historical change and institutional logic of faculty professional title promotion system in China. We found that the evolution of the faculty professional title promotion system in China is dominated by the macro-institutional environment, and is constrained and affected by economic development, interest factors, concepts and other related political variables and the interaction between behavior and the system. Moreover, the transition of the faculty professional title system has its own path dependence and historical veto points. In order to facilitate the further transition of the faculty professional title system, it is necessary to further optimize the independent running system of universities in accordance with the law, fully grasp the key nodes and path dependence laws of the system change, and balance the interests of behavioral subjects. |
