| 摘 要： | 在不同国家,高校学生的体育健康促进模式与要求存在差异。新时期中国高校对于学生体育健康促进应当以体育强国的发展观为引领,坚守“健康第一”的实践理念;以体育与健康学科核心素养为关键,打造全面发展的健全性人格;以提高身体素质为导向,培养学生创新实践的精神;以协同发展为要求,建立科学的体育健康促进机制。要实现中国高校学生体育健康促进的目标,需要结合国家政策,确立高校体育健康促进目标;依据大学生发展现实需求,设置科学的条件与方法;树立可持续发展性的实践理念,创新多元促进模式;建立多样化的操作形式,完善科学化的健康评价机制。

| Abstract: | There are different sports health promotion models and requirements of college students in different countries.In the new era,Chinese colleges and universities should take the development concept of building a sports power as the guidance and stick to the practical concept of"health first"for students’sports health promotion.The core quality of physical education and health discipline should be treated as the key to building a well-rounded and healthy personality.It is needed to take the improvement of physical quality as the orientation to train students’innovative practice spirit.A scientific mechanism for promoting physical education and health should be established upon coordinated development.To achieve the goal of sports health promotion for college students in China,it is necessary to combine national policies to establish goals for sports health promotion in colleges and universities,set scientific conditions and methods based on the actual needs of college students’development,establish sustainable development concepts and innovate multiple promotion models,set up diversified operation modes and improve the scientific health evaluation mechanism. |
