| 摘 要： | "灵动"是大学改革的实践智慧和最高境界,既是对大学灵魂的坚守,又是对大学责任的担当,具有主动性、辩证性、创造性特点。但大学改革实践中存在的诸如形式主义、官僚主义、经验主义及拿来主义却遮蔽了大学改革的实践智慧。灵动的大学改革,要求在捍卫大学理性和适应社会需求之间找到平衡,其策略在于坚持"静"与"动"、"快"与"慢"、"他"与"我"三对关系的辩证统一,路径在于养成灵性的改革智慧、制定灵动的改革规划、付诸灵活的改革行动、培育灵气的大学文化。

| Abstract: | As a living organism and an organization with a unique mission, the university should be spiritual. If "rationality" is the great wisdom of the university, then "agility" is the great wisdom of university reform. This kind of great wisdom embodies not only the persistence in university soul but also the responsibilities of university, representing the superb wisdom and the highest realm of university reform. It has the characteristics of initiativeness, dialecticality and creativity. However, in the practice of university reform, such problems as the unrealistic formalism, the bureaucratism of governance, empiricism, and the lack of "sublation" have masked the "smartness" of university reform. Agile and smart university reform needs to find a balance between defending university rationality and adapting to social needs. The reform strategy is to adhere to the dialectical unity of the relationships between "quiet" and "moving", "fast" and "slow", "he" and "I". The path lies in the development of spiritual reform wisdom, the formulation of flexible reform plans, the adoption of agile reform actions, and the cultivation of active university culture. |
