摘    要:作为高校教育信息化建设的重要范畴,如何更好地发挥网络教育资源的优势、促进其有效应用、提高其使用价值是提升教育信息化发展的关键。文章在对协同学理论引入网络教育资源建设和共享的可行性分析基础上,从需求分析、规划与设计、建设方案实施、管理与维护、应用推广、评估与反馈六个关键环节构建网络教育资源建设与共享的协同机制模型;并结合常州科教城网络教育资源协同建设与共享的实践,从目标管理、技术保障、绩效评价三个方面阐述具体的实施策略。

Abstract:As the important category of university education information construction ,how to better take the advantages of network educa-tion resources ,promote its effective application ,improve its use value ,have become the keys to promote the development of educational informa-tion .The article brings forward synergy mechanism model about network education resources construction and sharing from requirements analys-is ,planning and design ,implementation of construction project ,management and maintenance ,application and popularization ,evaluation and feedback ,based on feasibility analysis of synergy theory which is applied to network education resources construction and sharing .The article combines with the practice of network education resources construction and sharing in Changzhou Science and Education Town ,elaborates the specific implementation strategy from the target management ,technical support ,and performance evaluation .
