摘    要:实践能力和实践指导能力是高职院校"双师型"师资培育的重点。目前"双师型"师资培育存在的问题为:对"双师型"教师的理解存在偏差;师资来源比较单一,师资实践能力较弱;缺乏有效的培养途径。借助横向项目推动"双师型"师资培育的具体方略为:建立以学校为主导的项目管理制度,保证培育目标的达成;引入师资培育评价指标,建立全面项目评估体系;严格项目过程管控,确保师资培育成效。

Abstract:Practical ability and guiding ability are two key factors in training the double-quality teachers in higher vocational colleges.Now,there exist some problems as for double-quality teachers’ training:there still exists deviation in understanding of double-quality teachers;the source of teachers is single;teachers’ practice capacity is weak;there is no effective way to cultivate double-quality teachers.The specific strategies used to promote the cultivation of double-quality teachers with transverse projects are to establish the school-oriented project management system to guarantee the realization of cultivation target,to establish a comprehensive project evaluation system through the introduction of the teacher training evaluation index,and to ensure the teacher training effectiveness through strict project process control.
