| 摘 要： | 我国高校学生事务管理经历本土化演变历程后,具有自己独特的发展特征。对改革开放以来我国高校学生事务管理研究进行系统梳理,主要包括概念演变、管理目的、核心内容、发展历程、管理模式与创新机制等方面,能够总结过去,展望未来。我国高校学生事务管理水平与科学发展的总体目标尚存差距,需要进一步加强学生事务管理的理论构建、坚持以生为本的发展理念、选择性借鉴国外优秀管理经验以及加强学生事务管理专业化建设等。

| Abstract: | After the localized evolution,student affairs management in China’s universities has its own unique development characteristics.Systematically analyzing researches on student affairs management in universities in China since the reform and opening up can sum up the past and look forward to the future,which mainly refers to concept evolution,management purpose,core content,development process,management mode and innovation mechanism,etc.There is still a gap between the overall level of student affairs management and the overall goal of scientific development in China.It is necessary to further strengthen the theoretical construction of student affairs management,adhere to the"student-based" development philosophy,selectively learn from foreign excellent management experience and strengthen the professional construction of student affairs management. |
