| 摘 要： | 文章以自组织理论为基础,分析校企合作系统内部各要素及其关系,解构校企合作自组织演化的过程模型,并从自组织演化视角审视当前校企合作中存在的问题:信息交流不充分、缺乏制约条件、合作关系单一以及无法实现涨落,进而提出搭建信息交流平台、促进长效合作机制、构建价值增值链以及发挥政府功能四个对策,以促进校企合作系统从无序态走到有序态,实现自我演化螺旋上升发展。

| Abstract: | Based on self-organization theory,the paper analyses the elements and their relationships of school-enterprise cooperation system and then constructs its self organization evolution process model.From the perspective of self-organization evolution,it analyses the existing problems in school-enterprise cooperation,including the lack of information exchange and restricted conditions,the simple cooperation partnership and the inability to realize the fluctuation.And then it provides some countermeasures to promote school-enterprise cooperation from the disordered state to the ordered state:building a platform for information exchanging,constructing long-term cooperation mechanism and value chain and giving full play to the government function and finally realize the spiral development of self evolution of the school-enterprise cooperation system. |
