| 摘 要： | 我国高职院校在校企合作方面面临诸多困难:缺少顶层设计,缺少政策保障,缺少企业参与。在借鉴德国职业教育成功经验的基础上,通过顶层设计构建校企合作的运行机制,建立校企合作的利益驱动机制,充分发挥行业的指导作用,可以大力推进校企合作,全面提高高职教育的质量。

| Abstract: | China’s vocational colleges face many difficulties in the school-enterprise cooperation:the lack of top-level design,policy support,and enterprise participation.The paper analyzes the problems in China’s school-enterprise cooperation,and based on the successful experience of the German vocational education puts forward a proposal:building school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,establishing profit-driven mechanism,setting up industry-guidance system,and sparing no effort to promote school-enterprise cooperation so as to finally improve the quality of China’s vocational education. |
