论课堂冲突中的教师妥协智慧

摘    要:课堂教学的和谐融洽不仅有利于提高学生掌握知识的速度与效率,而且有利于师生的和谐共生,以及对师生主体性的尊重。但作为独立个体的学生、教师,由于其不同的价值观、世界观,必然会发生这样或那样的冲突、分歧与对抗。教师要尊重事实,向学生的现有水平妥协;批评有度,向学生的承受能力妥协;提升自我,向教师的职业要求妥协;和谐共生,向和谐的课堂和和谐师生关系妥协。通过教师的妥协智慧,让学生少一点自卑、多一些自信,少一点指责、多一些欣赏,少一点挑剔多一些合作,从而走向人格独立、身心健康的理想彼岸。

Abstract:Harmonious classroom teaching can help students learn fast and efficiently,construct the harmonious relationship and respect the subjectivity of teachers and students.However,the different values and worldviews of teachers and students will undoubtedly lead to various kinds of conflicts,differences and confrontations.Teachers should face the fact and compromise with students in regard to their levels;level moderate criticism and compromise with students′ endurance;improve and compromise with the teaching career qualifications;harmonize coexistence and compromise with harmonious classroom teaching and the relationship between teachers and students.Teacher′s wisdom of compromise can help students feel less inferior and gain more confidence,help teachers criticize less and appreciate more and help make people less critical and enhance cooperation so as to assist students in achieving independent and healthy personalities.
