中职学校数学教学之分层教学法

摘    要:中职学校学生的基础差异性大,学习水平参差不齐,因此教学应因材施教,分层提高。"分层教学法"就是要面对全体学生,承认学生差异,改统一的教学模式,分层不分班,试行分层递进,异步教学。结合自身的实际教学经验,对中职数学教学采取分层次教学进行探讨.

Abstract:The students in the secondary vocational school show great difference in terms of their basis and uneven level of learning,therefore their learning should be individualized i.e.hierarchical teaching which is supposed to face all the students,recognize the students' diversity.The school should adopt the teaching model of a unified,hierarchical and non-credit courses,try layering progressive and asynchronous teaching.
