| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育作为我国高等教育事业中的重要组成部分，随着高等教育体制改革的深入发展，近年来己形成了一定规模和较为规范的民办高等教育体制，并呈现持续发展的势头。社会力量积极参与办学和灵活的办学机制，进一步推动了我国高等教育体制的改革和发展，促进了办学形式的多样化、教育的激励竞争机制和办学良性循环，实行优势互补、教育资源共享，增强了我国高等教育的综合实力。
