| 摘 要： | 通过收集整理近年来国内的相关文献,本文对关于学习型组织建设的研究成果进行了较为系统的归纳和总结。重点对学习型组织建设蕴涵、学习型组织建设问题、学习型组织建设设计等方面的成果进行了深度剖析,并对未来后继性研究的走向、路径和方法提出了建设性期愿。
